Updates for this week: 
-- The English and Maths file have been returned for their revision. Please complete the corrections and revise them for the up coming unit reviews. Believe this is the same for the Chinese files too.
**The missing unit 6: Smarty Pants will be completed by this Friday and returned for revision.**

How to revise:
Go through the vocabulary and grammar items learnt in the Stellar Worksheets. In front of the Spelling lists given, there is a unit breakdown of the things they have learnt and are supposed to learn. Please refer to this as a bible to see/understand what would be tested.
It is very important to understand thoroughly the meaning of the words. E.g. vintage (from Unit 5). Not many students understand that the context of the vintage to be used. Vintage could be used with wine, cars or coins and it means something antique. Hence, there could be an MCQ question associating with this word.


-- Art homework: The Art textbook were given to them. We were referencing to Pg 34 of the textbook, there is a face picture using fruits and vegetables. Please complete the drawing  by next Monday, 9 March











Test components for ICT test:
1) Login: they need to know how to log into the computer system.
User id: Their birth cert number
Password: Rmps2@15 

2) MS Word
Please note they need to know how to launch the MS Word.
From the start button ---> go to MS Office -----> select MS Word
Within MS Word, they need to know how to save the file inside a folder.

Other aspects of the MS Word which they have learnt:
Clip Art ---> To insert pictures

Word Art ---> to type the title.

Centralised --> Highlight, then apply centralised for paragraphing. It could be left, right or justified or centralised.

Page Border ---> to insert a border at the Page Layout ribbon.

Typing --> There is a paragraph which they need to type. Similar to the touch-typing, they need to practise their typing skills.

Font size --> Bigger / smaller

Hope this helps. The test is conducted next Tuesday.
